Really good athlete. Runs track but not a lot of jr highlights but with his size he could play receiver, bulk up to play linebacker, or safety.

Welcome Jake Kelly!

Remember when many, myself included, dreamed on finding a Bison version of Jake Weineke? Anyways, it’s nice to see tall WR types on NDSU’s roster. I’m hoping, with the Bizon surplus of TE’s, one of Kaden Zenzen or Jake Kelly gets a chance at WR, with both being 6’ 3” - 6’ 4”ish.
Kelly has that hurdler speed, ala Zach Vraa.
And that Bemidji preferred walk on status, ala James Hendricks.
Sounds like a good combo to me!
