NDSU beats #11 Cornell 20-16 behind 6 wins and Big Dan Stibral's upset at HWT!

Not a ton of time to savor that win, as the guys will square off vs #22 Rider shortly. I actually think we match up worse vs Rider. There 2 studs are at 157 and 165, which happens to be where our two best guys are. Path to victory in this one, win any 6 of these: 125, 133, 149, 157, 184, 197, and HWT. Rider should be heavily favored at 141, 165, and 174.

125, 133, and 149 are true toss ups IMO. Cefolo and Sykora were in the same recruiting class at SDSU and both left after 1 semester, so they should be very familiar with each other.

Rider as a team is very good on top and pretty physical.

Terrible start. Bianchi loses 9-2 and was completely dominated

Cam gets a TD late in the 2nd period to take a 3-0 lead, but they're reviewing it. Cefolo hasn't done a thing all match

Midkiff at 141, but no match for Dippery. Dippery a big throw for 6 right away and then hammered away on top. He's a former multi year starter and NCAA qualifier for Rutgers.

10-0 after 1 and Dippery has RT. If Midkiff can slow this down to a major, that's a win

Also, Dippery was an NCAA qualifier at 149, so very big size advantage for him.

Mac fought well and keeps it to a major dec, falling 13-2

Gliva vs Rider backup Fluri. Would've really liked to see him square off vs Dinmore who is a Penn State transfer (starting to realize that Rider is flush with transfers too).

Gliva battles back and wins 8-6 in OT. Time for the main event. Clagon vs Ream
