They are not going to be very happy at Scruffys....
Lol. Wait til they see all the green and gold at the Legacy. It's the alumni headquarters and bookstore location.
this whole championship game experience sounds like its going to be a shit show of all shit shows.
11 AM kick offs already suck enough as is...then having to do with potential tailgategate,JMU assholes and MAYBE 3 hours of true tailgating after driving 20 hours, which to be honest in Frisco, isnt that special but Im spoiled from all of the NDSU tailgates the last x amount of years.
I've been away from Bisonville for a few days, so I've no doubt missed a lot. But I've been thinking about how JMU fans believe we don't have any traditions (since we don't throw streamers). I've made a list of some of our traditions - please feel free to add more!
Team/Player traditions:
1. Winning
2. Play for the guy next to you
3. Play for the ones that came before you
4. In Frisco, losing the bowling game against the opposing team
5. In Frisco, hosting an alumni practice on Friday. Coach K expects over 300 former Bison football players to attend this year's event.
Fan traditions:
1. Migrating well to away games (especially Frisco)
2. Tailgating early and enthusiastically
3. Welcoming fan of opposing teams to our tailgate - sharing food, drink, and football talk
4. Screaming our lungs out when we are on defense
5. Winning gracefully
Right?! Geez, good thing I'm going all that way for a football game and not to tailgate. As much as I dislike the 11am start, it sure makes it nice for those of us that like to hit the road after the game and get a couple of hours closer to home. That whole driving all the way home in one day like we did year 1 is nonsense. Never again.

So just WTF happened down there last year between JMU and YSU fans? Streamers, fights, vandalism, what kind of people are these? It's just a damn game, have fun don't take it so serious.
