Saw those strewn about all over their sections along with the streamer trash. Only explanation is their smack is being written by a 3rd grader. Is "put the bison in extinction" even correct grammar?

You should have tm'd it. Not sure if your original punisher skull was modified enough not to be a issue though.

No it is not modified enough so most printers would turn any would be copy cats away.

You don't have to. With artwork, the moment you create it; its protected. No need to file for anything.
