They do have some size on the defensive line and one hell of a linebacker. Hopefully they stack the box and challenge Stick to beat him with his arm.

I noticed today that Wofford is 104th (out of 123 teams) in the FCS for 3rd down defense allowing a 42.2% conversion rate. NDSU's defense is only allowing a 27.6% conversion rate on 3rd down (good for 5th in the FCS) but, more importantly, the offense is 12th in the FCS converting on 45.2% of 3rd downs. It sounds like Wofford almost exclusively plays a soft zone defense so if Easton is on his game I think we could see a quarterfinal similar to last year where the NDSU offense controls the clock and the game.

Getting Jordheim back and hopefully at 90% speed would be BIG. I was so impressed with his nose for the ball and closing speed prior to his injury, looked a lot like Deluca last year before his injury. Will be a great weapon against the option.

After the QFs are done, the NCAA/ESPN people will decide who plays next Friday or Saturday.
