As far as I’m concerned any college team that puts more than one name on the jersey gonna lose to to the team with one name only. But I know nobody asked.

Don't believe everything you think.
Do the do anything on offense besides a 2 yrd dive or a 40 yrd bomb...
Block in the back or hold would have the same impact on that play and either could have been called. Block in the back can happen by the offense or defense while the ball is loose or in possession. None of those matter. But it is an advantage/disadvantage foul so just because someone pushes someone in the back doesn't mean it's a foul. Rules do allow a player to push or pull an opponent in an effort to get to a loose ball. In this situation you would have to determine he was blocking/tackling that player to prevent him from getting to the ball to be considered a foul. You could definitely pass if in your judgement he was just running and tripped over his opponent you could have a no call. Based on the rule I'll leave it up to you decide if this was a WSU player attempting to keep an opponent from getting to the ball or pushing an opponent so he could get to the ball himself. The former is a foul and the latter is not.
The other interesting element of this play is the timing of the foul. If it happened while the ball is still loose then WSU fouled BEFORE they had possession they will not retain possession after enforcement of the penalty. Enforcement will be previous spot, 10 yards and replay the down unless enforcement gave them a first down. If it happened after WSU possessed the ball then they obtained the possession prior to the foul thus gaining possession with "clean hands." In that case the penalty is enforced from the spot of the foul assuming it occurred behind the end of the run (JSU EZ in this case). Replay clearly shows when the foul occurred, but the officials on the field don't necessarily know that. Whoever watched the block isn't watching the ball being recovered, and whoever covered the recovery may not have any idea a foul occurred. You need someone to know that though. Based on their enforcement and the announcement, they felt the foul happened after recovery of the blocked kick.
I expect and hope we don't play like JMU tomorrow. J Tuszka....suspension may disrupt us. Hope he feels bad for whatever rule he broke.
Well, looks like I vastly overrated JMU...or Weber is much better than I thought...or combo
