Worst in the Nation? Indiana State lost to the #3 team in the OVC by 2 points, and didn't sniff a win in the MVFC. Missouri St beat them 59-20. They aren't that good, but put them in the Southland and they may go 9-2 and be worthy of playoff bid, according to some people.

Mo State and Indy St are at the bottom of ANY league not named the patsy or pioneer. VMI would be pick'em against either...

If truth be told, Div II NDSU would have beaten a large majority of FCS teams,and through the 80's might even have won the FCS championship.
