Bison fall 85-66. Not a very good effort looking at the box score.

Well UCSB is improved from our 6 win team last year. We have three key players back who missed much of last year due to academics/injury. We've added transfer King who has about 25 pts right now but the biggest difference is the massive improvement of #21 Max Heidegger who shot something like .220 from three last year but is torching the Bison today.

All this without our starting PG who is out with an injury.

Outside of Paul Miller and Ward, the Bison lack athleticism. The offense did a good job of finding creases in the Gaucho defense in the first half but the SB defense got better in the second.

Soft and slow defense- granted #21 went off on us.
On offense, nobody looking to score until too late into the clock only to then try and force up something that's well guarded.
I have not been high on Richman at all- not able to make approaches adjustments, team has no energy, he doesnt utilize players to their strengths. Going to be a long basketball year.
