He was picking his way between the tackles for 7-9 yard gains in the fourth, but I agree he could work on his initial burst and pad level.

I think Bruce is being used as the bruiser back. His runs might not be gaining a whole lot of yards, but they're doing a lot of damage to the defense, which is fairly weakened by the third quarter.
