Batter fried walleye* strips (it’s all about the batter and the temperature of the oil)
Cabbage slaw with a touch of crème fresh and ground black pepper
Fresh lime/habanero salsa
Fresh choped cilantro
Plenty of sea salt
Fargo Woodchipper IPA on the side

*This is what we catch up here in June, often through the ice

750K would be a steal! Buy it! It really sucks when you make huge capital gains when you sell that 750k condo in 20 years for 2MM, right? Now we have to deal with the profit from that sale.

We are really high maintenance in So Cal, we like attractive woman and nice weather.

Yeah you can't go wrong with real-estate but my 3 homes will go up in value over 20 years too and I don't have to live in a 2 bedroom condo which would be super depressing to me since I need way more space. Just a personal preference I guess. I prefer living on a lake and a place to put a boat over a condo somewhat near the ocean. Now get me a house on the ocean and I'm sold... Unfortunately California law says the public owns the beach so you get all the creepy people walking by your house
