Some of us feel they are pushing the envelope a little too much. I don't mind a little fun but if it risks penalty don't do it.
Would anyone have been surprised if Grimsley would have got a penalty on his pick six? Jabril on his targeting play and a few others recently.

I haven't missed any point. There are people complaining about behavior that is not drawing penalties. Obviously they know where the line is and complainers don't. Lastly, the language wasn't about pushing any envelope, it has been about displaying any emotional behavior out of the fear it might be perceived as selfish.

    Whats more intimidating to opponents?
    1. Celebrating a good play.
    2. Acting like a good play is the norm.

Enjoying the moment because it doesn't last long.

Perhaps there are some people who need some events to happen in their lives to rearrange perspective.

I wish I could walk into a board meeting, do a dance and spike my briefcase.

I know, I watch board meetings on 70 HD TVs while drowning double fried chicken wings with ranch and drinking cold beer every weekend, too.

We all live in stories... It seems to me that a definition of any living vibrant society is that you constantly question those stories... The argument itself is freedom. It's not that you come to a conclusion about it. Through that argument you change your mind sometimes... That's how societies grow. When you can't retell for yourself the stories of your life then you live in a prison... Somebody else controls the story. - S. Rushdie

The act like you've been there before argument literally makes no sense. 1) Jabril hasn't been there before. 2) In general in all of sports, the guys who have been there before celebrate more than the guys who haven't.

Why do we turn the lights out and do the tunnel walk, we should act like we've been there before and walk out of the tunnel with the lights on. I'm going to stop celebrating Bison scores and wins to act like I've been there before.

And these young men aren't professionals. And, even if they were, they are playing a game. Stop being a fucking idiot. You follow sports because you want to be entertained. If you are not pleased with the level of entertainment they are providing, don't follow them. Anyone's behavior on a football field is no reflection of what kind of person you are. If you think it does, you are way too ate up and need to not walk away, run. Run very quickly away. Even if they win or lose, it has no direct consequence on your life. So lighten up Francis. It is a game that allows young men to perform in pressure packed situations where lives are not on the line. If yours is, again, run away.

By the way, work your way into being in charge of the board room and change the culture. Also, I have been in many professional organizations where cheering and celebrating victories was not only allowed, it was encouraged. Fist pumps and bumps were very appropriate. And, again, in the Bison situation, show me when any celebration behavior has affected the outcome of a game. Obviously still within the rules. You are choosing to make an issue out of a non-event.
