Kind of...YSU has the best defense we'll see but USD is on a different planet offensively.

We won the game. This team isn't a quick strike offense, especially vs a tough defense. As an arm chair QB it's so easy to complain until Stick has a ball tipped and we lose

This game reminded me very much of close UNI games over the years. This is just what games look like with two teams with similar strategies. Frustratingly close but a lot of fun if you appreciate the chess match.

I'll say this, I like this OT win better than the two last year. I think better football was played tonight than both of those games.

Our Oline and RBs will need to up their game if this game is any indication of future Valley play. I thought our power game was finding it's groove in the third quarter but it didn't last.

That's largely because Anderson was kicking ass and they took him out and put in Dunn who was struggling tonight. In the previous five games they road Dunn and he excelled. Tonight it was Bruce but Mess kept pushing Dunn. You have to go with the hot hand. Poor coaching decision IMO.

I'll take an ugly road nite game against YSU any day of the weak.

Seems to me the TE could have had a big day but were not really used. Again who the heck really knows.....camera guy only showed the line of scrimmage the entire game (KVLY looking better every away gamne I watch)

Gotta clean things up that's for sure. Hopefully, we did not lose anyone for the season.

This! That last set of downs to close the 1st half brought back awful memories of SDSU last year.
