    Default R.J. Urzendowski Fan Club

    So, what is more shocking:

    1. That Teach did not attend the title game in person.
    2. That he has not started a R.J. Urzendowski fan club

I have to say, as a member of the Zach Vraa fan club, and I willing to join another fan club if Teach will put in the effort.

Not sure about you guys but I'm a fan of the whole damn team. Lots of young guys stepped up. I think it is fair to say Chris Board and Eric Perkins had their best games and Greg Menard had a sack as a true freshman.

Thesocalledfan ~ YOU can start that fan club if you wish (I've met RJ & think he's a fantastic player & person) but I also agree with this post! There are SO MANY wonderful Bison football players! We could make positive comments about so many of these fine young men!

You vastly overestimate may abilities and drive, 'fanette. If we want it done right, has to be the Teach!

I respectfully decline such an honor. But only because of the reason why I started the Zach Vraa fan club. I think we need to find someone from Omaha Nebraska to start this venture. Which btw...I would love to be a member of. Kid was awesome saturday and all through the playoffs. Next man up.
I don't care how the vote ended up. They still suck and always will.

I agree that other players are worthy of praise for this season but RJ really stands out to me. There are four plays (TD vs SDSU and the three catches on the final drive in the NC) that if he doesn't make we are having a very different conversation today.

Carson and RJ must both have ice water in their veins.

The thing that I've come to love about RJ is that it seems like he doesn't really WANT or, at the very least, doesn't thrive on any accolades at all. (Reminds me a lot of Travis Beck, to be honest.)

I'm going to respect that and just let the young man hang around in the background, where he's comfortable, and do what he does best ………….. help the Herd pull out big games!
