With the title I was thinking it was going to be about them throwing streamers in the stands whenever they scored. I went to Frisco last year and I just felt sorry for whomever cleans up the stadiums wherever they play.
Hail Hydra.
That is always nice to hear. We still have some of those fans he talks about. My season tickets are right next to the visitor's section in the dome. I make a point every game to go up and talk to a couple of them and thank them for coming to Fargo to support their team. I ask them how it is going and wish them "some" luck on the game to follow. I get another chance at halftime as they come down by my seats to cheer their team into the locker room. We all need to keep sportsmanship and fellowship in the front of us at all times. Yes, even thought this is BISON football at the end of the day it is a game. Players and coaches leave the field healthy and knowing they did their best that day to help their team win despite the outcome. Come back and try harder the next game. Go Bison.
"Sometimes a concept is baffling not because it is profound but because it is wrong" E. O. Wilson
"I'm not crazy my mother had me tested". Sheldon Cooper
My boss hates it when I shorten his name to Dick, mainly because his name is Steven.
I was thoroughly unimpressed with the streamer throwing, but I made sure to go out of my way to shake their hands. Pretty cool to have a classy reputation across the FCS.
Of course, some Jacks fan goes on there to whine about us.
¯\_(ツ)_/¯
They left the tailgating lot in Frisco completely trashed.
Looking good Billy Ray!
Thumbs up Bison Fans!!!!!!
That blog post made me proud of my fellow fans. Also this comment was great:
"You are exactly right. I went to North Dakota and could not believe how friendly and gracious their fans were. The true test is when you lose and all they did was show their class. Never once claiming they lost the game but instead telling we were beaten by the better team. I had at least 100 of their fans come up to congratulate me. I think on the most part we have great fans but it wasn’t until I went to Fargo that I experienced what great fans truly are and we should learn from them!!"
