    I dont particularly like Urban Meyer(cockteased ND back in 2005 when we got stuck with Weis) but I don't think anyone has ever really made legitimate claims that he's a shady dude when it comes to recruiting.

    He's not wrong. I'm not sure that it actually helps the NCAA in the long-run though. The idiocy of prohibition was exposed despite prosecuting Capone for tax evasion after all.

    Maybe the FBI can do something. I'm not sure why they would, but maybe they could.

    But the NCAA can't touch the players, they are all one and done, beyond their jurisdiction before the disciplinary process can even run its course. Also, even if they nabbed a few on the front end, they don't want to be in school anyway and they don't make any money so they can't be fined or otherwise punished monetarily by the NCAA.
