To be honest, I'm actually really excited to try Carolina BBQ. Citdog has raved about it to me for years but I've never actually been in a position to try it. I've been in KC for 4 years with all that sweet sauce.

Holiday Inn in Boardman (just south of Youngstown). Also others near there: Residence Inn, Fairfield.
