The guy was a respectable breeder, had been in business a long time and a few others in the area got dogs from him. Dog was about 8 months old when we got her, and she was spayed by a vet out in Billings and had been trained with sheep. Actually a pretty good dog.

Fast forward to mid July. Wife says dog is pregnant, I say bullshit, she's spayed. Can even see the incision on her belly. Pretty soon she has teats like an old brood sow. Sure enough, got two pups Aug 2. Apparently they can even screw up a neuter job in Montana. Called breeder, says that's the second one in 5000 dogs. Actually look to be very good pups, so maybe it was worth it. But how do you screw up something as simple as spaying a dog?

I do know a woman who had her tubes tied and gave birth a few years later. I'll let Izzy weigh in on that one.
Way more common than you think regarding getting your tubes tied.

Nice looking calf. But you knew that barnsports says your doing it right. He won't respond to me I must have struck pretty close to home with some comments. Grandpa wasn't so dumb after all.

Takes a hell of a man to untie it.

You must have lots of North Dakota friends.

If Dallas Goedert had just taken care of his calf this thread drift wouldn't have happened.

Barnsports must not be a med school guy. Probably took the pedophile/child porn course or is actual campus security up at grand forks.

That would of been the 1st case out of the 5,000. NDSU1980 said he had the 2nd case.

Like SD mentioned, these vets have prescription misfires sometimes.
Reminds me of when dad took the JD into the implement dealer to have the hydraulic hoses fixed and came back with 2 new JD's. He said they were easy slide outs just like the black baldies, the NDSU neighbors laughed for years over that one.

Tell your dad thanks. I got a hell of a buy on that used jd. I like to let a sucker knock down that initial sticker price.

He passed away 2 years. You welcome. I'm glad you got a good buy, we also bought some used machinery. To help you, is why we gave up on the cattle. Quit the alfalfa and corn silage, to put more seed in the ground. Most everyone did the same. The down side, that venison steak doesn't come close to those Herefold T-bones. Venison Sausage is OK.
Looking forward to Summit & MVFC[SIGPIC]
