Finally got around to looking up who #80 is... he completely slobberblocked an EWU DB on a Dunn run to the left - it didn't gain a whole lot of yards but it was beautiful. Hats off to Sean Engel!
Now if we could just see him run a clean route and use that big body to catch a pass....

I think what's happening here is he is finally given the chance with the play calling to run with the plays he's good at. He's an elusive player and MUCH better at finding the holes to run through than just running it up the gut play after play. I think Dunn on some sweeps more would tear teams apart.

He is doing an awesome job. He has made so many big plays from making defenders miss. It nice to have him and Bruce who have big play ability and don't get run down from behind

Another thing is they are letting Dunn, Anderson and Brooks get multiple carries in a row. Rather then rotating them every snap. What a novel concept.....

Yes give them a series instead of one play. Bruce looks healthy for the first time since his freshman year. I think our outside speed to the edge was too much for them. We ran them side to side for a bit and then right up the gut for the final blow.

I agree Dunn and Anderson look great. They are healthy and look as tho they have each put on 5-10 pounds. Also agree it's good to give them series of carries, etc. That said, go back and watch, in slow-mo if you can, they play of our O-line. They played fantastic. There were dozens of initial double teams and then one would peel off to the next level at the perfect time as the RB hit the hole. Think of beauty, we saw the results, and RBs benefited--not to mention they were physical as well.

Night and day from last year. Couldn't understand why our RB's were constantly running into the backside of our O linemen last year. This year lots of actually setting up the block. New OC? No Polasek? How many 40+ yard runs did we have last year? Zero?

When the frame is frozen for replay, it looks like a gang street fight between our O-Lineman and Tight-ends and the opposing team's D-Line, Linebackers and Safeties. However, in this street fight, it's pretty one-sided in the Bison's favor.
    Hail the BISON!!!
