Weve had some great RBs over the years and I cant think of a bad one since before Steffes

Before Kyle Steffes, we had Rod Malone. Before Rod Malone, we had Lamar Gordon. Before Lamar Gordon, we had Jake Morris and Reggie Scott. Before them, we had Rob Hyland and a lot of kick-arse running QBs out of the veer. Before that was before my time, but we had a lot of stud QBs and RBs throughout the 80s.
    Hail the BISON!!!

There was one time (2007) where everybody was freaking out cause we had no RB's and had to convert a fullback to RB. We are running back "U" I remember thinking and we have fallen this far to have to have a fullback as our RB. Then we witnessed maybe the emergence of my favorite RB of all time Roehl.
    If it flies it dies.

Long for the days of freezing in the south stands of Dacotah Field.

I didn't say those other guys were bad, just saying they didn't have the speed like lance and Bruce. When those two get I the open it's a touchdown.

I wish we let our FBs run the ball more often. Why not? Big guys who like contact. Quick to hit the hole. Let them get 3 yards plus a big hit.

There were dozens of initial double teams and then one would peel off to the next level at the perfect time as the RB hit the hole. Think of beauty, we saw the results, and RBs benefited--not to mention they were physical as well.
I love Kuhnert at guard. As far as Dunn, not only is he bigger, hes improved his vision immensely last couple years.
