Marlette & Jordheim put in a nice game. Quiet game from Board & Plank. Marlette had a great post game interview with 1660; gave props to #49 coaching & helping along the way. Seems like a tight group of LB's. Go Bison!

I thought Marlette and Jordhiem played really well today. We have excellent depth.

With Deluca warming up before the game I'm guessing it's just a strain? Hopefully he's good to go in 3 weeks for conference games.

he's a captain, they will allow him to do whatever he wants pregame..... fire up the troops, etc. i will be surprised if he plays again

I think they are going in to make sure there isn't a micro fracture in his knee to go along with the meniscus. Hopefully it comes out clean! I really want to see this defense with him in it.

Also for some clarification. I am not saying that he has a micro fracture. I heard from a reliable source that they are just going in to get it checked. If I'm wrong about that, I apologize.

So please don't kill me.

A half of football played and no sign of Jabrill Cox on defense, only Marlette and Jordheim. That prediction was sure a doozie, wasn't it?

Marlette/Jordhein played really well yesterday. Nice to have LB depth....for once.

I think Cox will see more spot time as the season goes along but with those other 2 playing so well, his time to shine might be next year.

I am not a doctor but they won't do most knee surgeries until swelling is gone and due to the fact it's only been a 4-5 days and it's obviously not swelling... I will take that as good news and probably a scope.
