Well, they usually pay for their own travel for these guarantee games and these guys have the lowest athletic budget (by a pretty significant margin) in D1 so I wouldn't doubt it.

A few years back when Grambling's team threatened to not play they were upset with travel policy such as having to bus 15 hours overnight for a 750 mile trip from Grambling, Louisiana to Indianapolis. In the SWAC it seems anything that saves money is strongly considered.

EDIT: Well, Gumby's link does seem to back up that they're chartering but my point still stands about them saving money wherever possible.
