Has any team even stayed near the top over the past 7-10 years the way NDSU has? We continually see these “big time” contenders fall to has beens just a few years later. It’s really pathetic.

Actually if you look at IAA football, long runs at the top aren't really that out of place. Eastern Kentucky, Youngstown, Georgia Southern, Appalachian State all had their years of dominance. You could almost argue that if we weren't around Sam Houston State would be in the middle of one themselves.
The weather in Fargo keeps the undesirables out.....

...Which is why I live near the Twin Cities.

The Bison are so good, that other good teams realized right away they couldn't win a National Title anymore and left for the G5 in hopes of getting some cash from a crappy bowl game.

    So next week's poll's

    1 JMU
    2 NDSU
    3 USD
    4 YSU

    ?

Maybe swap 3 and 4 but I think that's the correct order.

JMU will still be #1, but after the past two weeks, I'm starting to think they're struggling a bit this year.

If NDSU continues to win by 20+ do they jump JMU in the standings at some point during the season?

Not unless JMU drops one, which isn't likely.
