There's a reason he's projected as the #1 TE in the 2018 draft right now and it's not the SDSU system. Illies could put up much better numbers in a more passing centric offense since he is a very good receiving TE for this level but he's not Goedert. Not even close.
Thank you. The way Goedert moves in space is special, and it is okay to admit that.

Bison 4 Life's silence is 17 minutes long. I'm making dinner.

Goedert looks better. Completely different players.

that doesn't make CJ Beathard a good quarterback.
    ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

That was a question to test for overt homerism. You are now officially entitled to your opinion!

Sometimes a QB just needs the right situation, place and timing to be a NFL QB.

Just take this guy for example:

I would take Easton Stick over him. Are both NFL Starters? No, but lets not forget Easton is just a Junior. He's still got time to prove himself, while Trevor will be a lifelong back-up QB all over in the league, which isn't bad considering he (Trevor) was surprised he ever got drafted in the first place (https://www.si.com/mmqb/2016/10/12/m...ning-successor).
    Hail the BISON!!!

Why are you asking me that since my post had nothing to do with TEs? Since you asked, stats say yes, but can he block and be a team player as good as Illies? You have to remember, NDSU isn't a stat machine school, and hence why "experts" didn't understand the Wentz-hype. This is also one of the reasons why certain WRs start while others don't. It's not always about speed, routes and hands, but also how well they can block for the run-game, which is the core of Bison Football on the offense. Hard to compare NDSU offensive players to those on SDSU's team. If you did, and based everything based on stats, then why do they have zero National Championship Rings?

You're a broken record. Nobody cares what you think.

Nobody is saying what you think they are saying.
