It has gotten to the point when I start a sentence with, "A cold front must be coming..." or move my shoulder around or look at my right thumb while wiggling it as if to check for injury, I am also need to get ready to sprint away from danger.

On the plus side, I'm 100% positive nobody feels guilty anymore.
