Can someone post a pic of downtown Fargo when ESPN Game Day here? Don't care which year. Either one trumps Brookings or SF Game Day visits.
Anybody got any hobo day parade pictures through downtown Brookings for comparison?

Seriously guys! Why are we comparing downtowns? The most important pissing contest is crowd size, especially when hosting an important playoff game.
Look at all the Jackrabbits in blue disguised as bleachers.
Don't worry silly rabbits, somehow, someway, The Herd will find a way to make its presence known and your stadium a bit less "spacious."
Hail the BISON!!!
Pretty sure only jack fans-wow, thumper, you- are the only ones who say people on Bville think Fargo is the greatest Metro ever.
we just know its better than shithole Brookings. Why do you think Thumper moved here?
Its probably the best city to live in between Minneapolis and Seattle. SF is up there too. we just laugh when you try claim SF as part of Brookings/SDSU.
The reasons I've moved to Fargo have zero to do with liking Fargo better than Brookings. Personally I'm not a big city guy. I would rather live in Brookings. Second best would be Sioux Falls. That's just me. It's what I like. Since this has somehow come up semi regularly, I might as well put down why I'm in Fargo. My wife got transferred by the Army and I happened to have a business opportunity that applied to several towns, and since she was transferred it made the most sense to go to Fargo over the other options. The move was good for us for several personal reasons as well, but that didn't have anything to do with Sioux Falls, Brookings, or Fargo. The business opportunity didn't end up panning out, and with the profession I'm going back to school for it isn't likely I will be able to have a job in a town like Brookings unfortunately.
The one thing that Fargo has over Sioux Falls or even Brookings is FCS football related opportunities. Because it's only two hours to Brookings I can go to games pretty easily (I drive to Sioux Falls three to four times a month, Brookings is easy) and when they have an away game and NDSU has a home game I'll just run down and cruise through the tailgate lots as some of you know (much to the dismay of some one sure ). So it's pretty unique that way.
Outside of the NDSU folks who are from the cities, I'm fairly certain most would really enjoy a town like Brookings. Sioux Falls is a super easy trip, Brookings has everything you need, a livelier downtown than Fargo tbh, and you don't need to be in a bigger city.
As far as best city between Fargo and Sioux Falls, having lived in both its Sioux Falls for sure. There's plenty of reasons why but I'm not that bored. And the reason we make fun of bisonvillers and how they talk about Fargo is because you do build it up like it's this super wonderful metropolitan area, when it isn't. Hell its easier in Brookings to find an open drive through after midnight most of the year than it is in Fargo. Fargo is nice, I don't mind it, there's a lot to like, but there's nothing plenty to not like as well.
Oh well, there's my TLR way too serious post for the month.

Anyone who was ever at CAS knows that there was no way there was 15,000 seats in 13-14. Sure, if you include the huge amount of SRO. And go ahead and brush off the fact that SDSU had a regular season average of attendance of 15,000, which is roughly 10,000 larger than it was in 2006. How silly of them to build a stadium larger than what they currently expect to be attending, allowing room for growth. I know, I know, all NDSU fans on here are super pumped that it's extraordinarily expensive to try to expand the dome and wasn't built big enough for the current demand. I would definitely want to pretend that the attendance for SDSU has stagnated if I were you as well. And ZOMG, color me absolutely SHOCKED that the home games against a rival only 2 hrs away has much higher attendance than a normal home game. Especially with what the average attendance was at the time. Hell, the YSU game last year had more than the NDSU game the year prior.
And I would bet that the 2014 season had a higher average attendance than actual seats in the stadium at the time, which coupled with how terrible SRO was to see most of the game was, was a serious detriment to people showing up to games. Also it has had the side effect of making the current mentality of the SDSU fanbase as assuming they can walk up and always get a ticket, since CAS would never stop selling tickets.
And yes, our playoff attendance sucks. I don't like that it sucks. But for pretty much every FCS fanbase out there (for those of you completely out of touch with the rest of the world) their attendance in the playoffs sucks. Even Montana has a drop off in its attendance during the playoffs. It is what it is.
