    +1000^^^^^^

Also saw Hunter literally flying to the runner on special teams. Someone here already said that it should just be a matter of time and he’ll get more snaps on offense. Here’s to hard nosed and injury free play for him while he pays his dues once again.

Billy Bates wore that same number, #40 during his career, and Hunter was looking a lot like him on special teams in this game. Bill always was a fun and exciting player to watch, as he also played the game right up to the hilt with great enthusiasm and unselfishness!

2 short yard third down conversions and a reception. If he would have held onto that it would be been the Luepke drive.

Always the quarterback’s fault for not getting the ball in the gut. Not the running back’s job to take the ball from the QB.

    Yep.

I'm sure there are Cowboys fans that will argue that this morning, but it's true!

Maybe true but is almost seemed like the way he went thru with the play almost like he wasn’t expecting the ball. So not sure without hearing from the coach or players whose fault it really was.
    If it flies it dies.

Long for the days of freezing in the south stands of Dacotah Field.

Agree. He was not looking for the ball at all.
