Guessing they are waiting until 5 minutes before the ticket office closes that way they don't have to put up with "phone calls" for hours on end. At my previous job they used to announce internal promotions 5 minutes before closing time on a friday...

Sounds ridiclous but...that is probably exactly what they are doing lol Imagine how many calls they get from people about this?

Problaby just as many phone calls as Toyota Stadium/NCAA gets from Bison fans asking about the endzone for the past 3 months...

Or how many calls about steamers Toyota Stadium is getting! Maybe we should start a petition for NDSU to announce the ticket recipients sooner?

I started a petition for the NCAA to allow those green 'Bison Horns' they use to sell in the Fargodome back in 1999.

Band allocation is spelled out at bottom of page 49, couldn’t be more clear.

NCAA provides seating for up to 350 on bleachers on the north end zone stage. These are in addition to the 5300 and other seating provided JMU for staff, etc

Tickets available to JMU include:
4,149 (4,000 public sideline block + private terrace and 2 suites)
1,300 (additional end zone block added in December)
350 (band on bleachers in north end zone stage)
12 cheerleaders
1 mascot
145 team “travel party” including up to 70 man roster
36 sideline personnel
13 All access credentials
25 VIP passes

I didn't check before but in your pending orders did it show your request? if so, mine is gone, which probably isn't a good thing. Being in the 1700's I really didn't expect tickets anyways.
