Great for NDSU recruiting, Fleck will be so busy looking outside the region he will let a lot of good ones get away. He will get some local blue chippers but I think NDSU is going to see some really good talent out the Fleck hire. ALSO, HOW could anybody commit to listening to his bullshit rambling DON KING ACT day in and day out. He should be preaching God to old people and stealing their money instead aka Sky-u-Grandma!!!

Interesting to hear Ryan Burns on KFAN the other day indicate that he did not think Trey was a BIG QB. Funny thing about this is that NDSU has done a better job evaluating QBs over the past decade plus than has the Goophs.

I get the dislike for Fleck and his raw raw way of doing things. ESPN had a special on him (a few episodes) and the Gophers in August and I thought he actually came off as pretty like able. He's a hardworker and worked his way up. Have to respect that. I could see how as a player it might get old especially if you aren't winning.

That is one school of thought.........some posters here on BV hold the opinion that if the Goofs have success, they will have a greater tendency to overlook local talent, ala Grant Olson, Billy Turner, Zach Vraa, Marcus Williams, et al.........and go south and east for scholly players. I don't share this opinion.
