I agree....don't think Lance is the automatic that so many believe. Just my opinion.

No need to wait until Aug 15th. its over. Zeb will be a great backup & will step in just fine if needed. or even a wrinkle..

What makes it Wentz-ian? It's not a hard throw to make, it doesn't require the arm strength or accuracy of an out route.

Doesn't require accuracy? That's a drop in the bucket from about 35 yards away. It shows timing and accuracy but not necessarily arm strength.

I agree during mop up last year the only thing impressed me was Tre's running ability. I hope he has the arm to be able to beat Zeb out. it would be nice to know our QB recruiting and development is continuing at a very high level. Plus our success with skilled FBS player transfers is not very good, with probably King Frasier being the most successful and he wasn't noticeably better than our recruits

I said "the" accuracy of an out route. Didn't you see the receiver adjust to make the catch? It was slightly behind and to the OOB side of him. Don't get me wrong, it was a good throw, just didn't seem like it deserves more then that.....IMO
