Bad decision by the 3rd base coach there. You're down 5 no sense sending the runner unless they're going to score standing up. Of course failure to execute bunt with 2 strikes by the previous batter (not sure that's the best managerial decision down 5 either) and poor base running (should be halfway to 3rd on a ball to the track) didn't help.
