Amy had a rough start to the Thornberry Classic with a dbl bogey and a bogey but she ended up with 6 birdies for a 3 under round.

One thing really liking that I see on her round 1 scorecard dufferole! She went 3 under on the par 5's and I believe if she keeps up that trend then very nice stuff is gonna happen!

She went just one under on the par 5's today dufferole, along with 32 on putts per round. Kim is 2 under today and for the tournament, and I think they will both make the cut and hopefully knock down a lot of pins tomorrow! Play just suspended and it looked like Kim was on a roll with 3 under for the last six holes....hope the delay doesn't take away any of that momentum. Tomorrow they gotta tear up the five's and then take the other birdies where they can be taken with slipping into doubles! Anyone catch her or Kim on coverage this week? Sweet finish today dufferole with birdies on five out of her last seven holes! She must like it out there due north of Grant's college in Indiana! Anybody know what she is up to this week? Sure she is not
pleased to be sitting out the US Women's Open especially considering all of
