She may be focused on wedding planning and all of the things that surround that to the extent that this year may end up not to her standards perhaps. In any case, goAmy and goBison and goGrant!!! How bout that (soon to be) Amy Olson?!?

Well, Dakota Girl Kim Kaufman is at even par and in the hunt with the projected cut at +1. Amy, on the other hand, is already whever she and Grant are going on their honeymoon and is 8 over. She did manage to edge out PK Kongkrappen and a handful of others however to avoid dead last on day one!

Maybe she just needed a name change to play better. Just kidding.
Glad to hear she shot well today and hope she can keep it going. You can honeymoon in the winter.

Season starts in Bahamas at end of Jan. Then she usually goes to Australia in Feb, and there's usually an extra week in the schedule before and after Hawai'i. So options are plentiful.

Looking like -2ish will be the cut, maybe -3. 62 players at -2 or better, 78 at -1 or better after day 1.

Welcome to the LPGA Amy Olson! Nice first round and fellow Dakota Girl Kim Kaufman shot -1 and is poised to play the weekend as well! It is just a matter of time for the Dakota Girls to break through to the highest level imo, albeit what they have already accomplished is a big deal already!!
