Nice strawman and deflection. When was Carson mentioned except by you? As far as Amy no body was questioning what she did in college. The discussion is about what she is doing now. Nobody gets a pass from questionable play. If you cant handle that may you shouldnt post so much superflurous verbiage. Try staying on point and leave your emotional attachment out of it.

Looks like Amy is going out first thing first tee for this major championship with another excellent pair of veterans of the LPGA who have won about 15 million between them! Kim Kaufman tees it up right after lunch and is in one of the featured groups! I like the way this one is looking already!:

Hope the gals do well in the opening rounds and then great over the weekend. Keep them in the short grass.

Round 1 of the Evian is cancelled due to bad weather ( which helps Amy as she was 4 over for 8 holes) . The tourney is shortened to 54 holes. Same tee times tomorrow as today.

Friday is looking very good concerning the weather, but the weekend looks pretty wet. Hopefully they will be able to get this thing in the books.

The leader was 5 under on the par fives, while Amy was one over on the same holes including a double. She can't continue to spot six stokes a round on those holes to the top players in the world and still hope to have a chance. If they are concerned about the course being wet, the weekend doesn't look promising per the forecast. Not sure what happened with Kim Kaufman's first round as she opened up with a seven over 78.

Amy shot a 1 over 73 and is 3 over for the tourney. 3 over is also the cut line right now so she probably will play tomorrow.

Amy will play on Sunday with Brooke Henderson of Canada and Sun Young Yoo of South Korea. After the nice reset gift she got in round 1, I hope that she goes out with confidence and goes for it, like Carson Wentz does with a free play in football! Forget about that hallmark consistency of hers this round and go Tin Cup and pin hunting! She stands to drop a few thousand in winnings if that doesn't work, but to make many thousands more if it does! Hopefully Brooke will get into one of her grooves and the whole pairing will pick up their play based on that. Would love to be in the gallery following Olson, Henderson, and Yoo tomorrow. Maybe with Brooke in her pairing we will get to see a little bit of her play, as Brooke seems to get a lot of TV time! I predict that if Amy goes 2 under or more on the par fives that she will pick up a nice check this week! Kim Kaufman didn't make the cut after a tough start. GoAmy.....GoBison!!
