I'd pull every penny out of my home I could, max out lines of credit at the bank, and put loans on all of my paid off cars and put it on the game if its Arizona -3.

This is directly from email received from NDSU today:

All tickets through NDSU will be assigned in section 17 first. Once section 17 is full, tickets will be assigned in section 209 if needed. Tickets are $29 and will be awarded and allocated based on priority points. Award notifications will be sent out this Friday, May 20th.

I assume all are reserved seats.

It sounds to me like the ticket brokers are preselling tickets in a zone/section of the stadium (with their markup)

In a couple weeks (first week of June), single game tickets should be available directly from Arizona.
They typically drop the prices once in late June and once in July thru something they call "bear down pricing"
Best selection will be in early June, best price is likely to be in July.

Thinking about Vegas.... how high would the line be to not take the Bison? -6.5? -9.5? -14.5?

Have to believe that Vegas is like other CFB fans, and thinks that 100% of FCS teams are Indiana State, and will have a stupid easy betting line on the game
