One 4 star recruit and the other 6 were all 3 star recruits.
WR Jacob Cowing from UTEP is considered the 4 star recruit.
Cowing had 1,354 receiving yards in 2021 on 69 catches along with seven touchdowns for UTEP.

looks like they lost more to transfer than they are getting in.
Not even remotely worried about it.

Not sure that it's possible to lose more than what they are getting in. But... I am an ASU alum (but went to NDSU for 2.5 years).

The link shows 17 transferred out, 10 transferred in so far.
Still time to get more transfers, or sign more players to make up the deficient, no?

That depends how many other players they signed this year.
Transfers signed still count against the yearly signing cap, think its 25 total allowed per year.

Use google flights to track the flight prices for a while. I generally advise booking at the latest about a month before. You will usually find a price you like before that.

If booking with miles, I can provide different advice if needed.

Dorian Singer - WR at Arizona, started out as a PWO at Arizona but now awarded a scholarship by the Coaches. At one time Singer was at Tartan High School in the Twin Cities and the Bison were an early team to offer him. He transferred to the Phoenix area in search of DI scholarship opportunities. Don’t know why he ended up a PWO, perhaps he waited too long on the FBS offers he had or they were not commitable offers or whatever, but as of now he made it to being a scholarship FBS player.

Scored 2nd row seats in section 22 for $50 each after fees on vividseats not a bad price, seats for Oregon were higher.
