If they were only taking 10.5 points I would cash out my 401k and sell my house. Problem is I wouldn't have the money to place down before it got to 20.

Have we faced southwestern speed before, or desert speed? I'm worried.

Arizona landed the Wash State QB who transfered. Had a decent season.

Nah, they'll join the Covid gone list, new wildcat variant. Cheaper that way.

[QUOTE=GreenfieldBison;1555702]One cool thing down there. The university has a major observatory out west of Tucson and you used to be able to go out and spend the night with an astronomer looking through their 15” scope. Not sure if they still do it but will research.

Can they see Uranus from there?
    Sorry, couldn’t resist

Uncertain. Will contact astronomers for confirmation but assume that extreme social distancing and special pricing will be required.

De Laura, who has three years of eligibility remaining, threw for 2,789 yards and 23 touchdowns in 2021 for the Cougars. He had 259 yards and a career-high four TD passes in a 44-18 win over Arizona in November and was named the Pac-12's Offensive Freshman of the Year.

He was knocked out of WSU’s loss to Central Michigan in the Sun Bowl on Dec. 31, then entered the NCAA transfer portal over the weekend, not long after the Cougars offered Incarnate Word transfer QB Cameron Ward, who committed to WSU on Monday.
