Arizona’s newest receiver makes his move official. Jacob Cowing is leaving UTEP to play for the Wildcats coming off a season in which he caught 69 passes for 1,354 yards and 7 touchdowns.

UA beats out the likes of Oregon, LSU, Florida, South Carolina, ASU and Texas Tech for him.
