Now let's hope that our play calling isn't so predictable and Easton takes a big step forward.

Yes, I know he needs to learn the system. Yes, I know he needs to get to know the team and work together. But fact is we are thin at WR and this kid has already proven he can play. No doubt about it, this has to be one of the biggest transfers we've ever scored (King the last one?).

And I do so love draft diamonds calling NDSU the best team in FCS football.....

RJ and Shepherd catch everything they get their hands on but seemed to have trouble against good press corners like JMU had. Hopefully Cain can win those type of 1:1 matchups. That would help out Easton a ton IMO.
I was just looking at tape of a few of his big catches and all the ones I saw were against a 7 yard or more cushion. I'd love to see how he does against press coverage.

We have given Stick more than enough weapons for catching the ball. Now lets use them in the best way possible.

My boss hates it when I shorten his name to Dick, mainly because his name is Steven.

All right, let the football begin! I am pumped that we got him, and hope the team can make the most of his talents.
