This is done frequently at the World Championships, only the coach never asks for the throw.

Those boys were loose as a goose and mean as a moose tonight. Luckily for everyone else in the country, their 125 LBS wasn't able to compete.

The scary thing is they could be even better next year with Suriano and Cortez back. It sounds like they are getting a hammer at 141 as well.
