Also is (was?) a NDSU interest

Makes me wonder if the Gophers would take two linebackers as walk-ons, Ty Barron and Antonio Montero (Eden Prairie, NDSU offer) - or does the 1st to accept get the roster spot?
    Ty Barron going to Minnesota

Despite the Jackrabbits offering a month earlier than the Panthers, UNI gets the verbal from Jordan Gayer. That was an offer that went out after SDSU lost a LB commit to Iowa. (Seth Benson from Sioux Falls)

Brandon Wegher's brother. You guys might remember him. Promising freshman year at Iowa, left the program, ended up at Morningside. Got a cup of coffee in the NFL.

Dad is a piece of work. Kid's are too good for local high school so sends them off to ING Academy in Florida to develop as football players. Now this kid transfers from Purdue with 3 years eligibility left? Something tells me Brohm isn't too upset to see this kid go. Farley going to have his hands full here I bet.

If I remember the kid that went to Iowa he had a great year. Then got all messed up, knocked up his girl friend and went home to work at dads company.

What is SDSU doing wrong to get these LBs to commit - twisting their ankles instead of their arms?
