There isn't an FCS school out there winning these types of battles, and a lot of the FBS offers haven't even come out. There have been some HUGE schools declined in the last couple of weeks. That info will come out after signing day would be my guess. Hold on tight. 8 more days. Gotta keep these guys in Fargo. See if the in home visits vs watch NDSU on ESPN is more important to kids. Most of these kids have shut down recruiting, but coaches can still show up in schools, etc.
We seem pretty darn thin at DB.

After watching the Montero highlights I was shocked he didn’t have an offer yet. The kid is a gamer and there is no fooling around when he’s on the field. All business!!! Go get get em.

Love the way he plays football. Not an overly huge guy but he flies to the football and hits like a man. Some guys you can just tell they love to play and know how to play football just by watching a general highlight video.

Agreed on the RB's. Both look great and seem to bring something different: Stewart looks very versatile, and Clark looks like he could develop into a featured back like Crockett in his senior year once Kramer gets ahold of him. Likely won't need him to be with the depth we seem to have.

Recruiting classes for 2018 and 2019 are going to be huge, in both size and importance to the program.

Montero reminds me of Joe Mays. Smaller but quick and hits like not just a ton but multiple tons of bricks. When Mays hit people they just stopped and went flying backwards, I have not heard pads pop the way Mays hits sounded. This kid looks like he could be that way, there is a place on this team for him.

I think each of the players he hit at the beginning died just a little. I was very impressed!
