I miss the days when the Lieutenant Governor of Texas and Keith Olberman were anchoring things. No politics with them.

We all live in stories... It seems to me that a definition of any living vibrant society is that you constantly question those stories... The argument itself is freedom. It's not that you come to a conclusion about it. Through that argument you change your mind sometimes... That's how societies grow. One must remember that its the University as a whole that makes the move not just the FB team. I dont think you can accuse NDSU of stagnation.
Well it is tough to make the blind see, but for you PL I might point out some reality of the situation: Football stadium stuck at 19,000. Season ticket requests turned away. Tailgate size frozen. Academics and athletics subject to budget cuts. And the list goes on. Sure there are some projects going on, but nothing more than expected at a university this size. The FBS possibility should always be on the radar. Not completely dismissed.

The first part of your post is an issue at most schools especially the big FBS schools.

Academic and budget cuts???? Really??? So by going FBS changes this how? We will still be in the state of ND.

Let's see your "solution" to the issue, not adolescent rebuttals. If can't, then you're just trolling, which is sad for someone your age.

Also, my opinions aren't endorsements. I work in the sports industry and know exactly how difficult the position NDSU is in and why making the correct (not popular) decision(s) is important from destroying the institution's legacy and future.

if you are so high and mighty maybe you shouldn't be hanging around a message board where fans opinions are discussed.

You might have better luck if you would try communicating in a civil manner without all of the insults and snide comments?
