Just rewatched 2014 vs Oklahoma. Wow did we have an all star roster. How did we get those guys to the BSA, great roster!

Holy crap, there's no better all time team at NDSU. 2009 was good, but they didnt have this ability.

Gotta remember when they were all younger... they weren't that good. It took years to get that good. I can see AJ as a senior being very similar to Braun if he keeps improving.

Absolutely.. right now Deng kind of reminds me of a young Trayvon... super athletic with off the charts potential.. but at times looks like a freshman

Dengs basketball acumen needs some work to be at Trays level. The 2014 group really had a feel for the game. Tray, Brain and Bjork played together so well, and then you add LA and a grinder like Brown to the mix and you have a very solid group.

Deng worked his ass off covering the post against ORU in limited minutes. He's been criticized a bit for his struggles on defense, but he's clearly coachable as he was like an angry spider working against the Eagle's bigs. I noticed that he takes his eyes off of the ball and gets turned around a little too much...........but his effort the other night really showed me something.

Deng will get there. Continued work in practice and live game action will only help him. Yes he is coachable. Some beer and pizza weight will help him.
