    Soft tissue damage is generally a symptom of dehydration. Dehydration is a function of detached coaching. I don't have a problem with getting all up into a guy's business to make the team better, but you better be all into a guy's business before you do it. That means taking care of him from beginning to end of a killer workout. Proper hydration and nutrition should be part of the scheme.
