Hopefully the lack of success of Hayes & cofield will slow this trend.
I am all for the opportunity that cox got, but that is going to be the exception and not the norm.
I believe these two made a big mistake moving on, but maybe there were other reasons. If it was a straight football move. Yikes

I think it also reminds us that he didn't go to VA to chase glory. He did it to be closer to his kid. I know that feeling.

I don't get that. His daughter is still in Florida, which is a plane ride away from Charlottesville, Virginia. Perhaps it is quicker air travel but still very inconvenient and expensive if you want to see your kid regularly.

The child's mother and the daughter could have easily moved to Fargo. I never bought into the story that it was about being closer to his daughter when Josh transferred to VA. That storyline was just convenient.

Closer to home? It's a 13 hour drive from Charlottsville to Lakeland. That's like saying if I'm from New York, I'm closer to home living in Dallas than Los Angeles. Yeah... but I aint driving either of those. That's why they invented air travel.

Unless he transfers closer to home, this is a complete waste. He won’t get playing time anywhere else this year.
