    a LB coach not DL but great recruiter in MN.

    With him gone that should help our Recruiting in MN-

    Would be big but I don't think we could afford that much. Big Ten teams pay their assistants like 250k. Although proximity would be our selling point.

    Not sure you want to hire someone who will be gone in a year
    .

    The talk is he could still come back as the 10th coach, assuming it goes through, because a LB coach hasn't been named.

    Well tough guy. He is still currently in the hospital getting his organs put back together. Hopefully he won't have to use a feeding tube anymore

    Last I read, his health issues were improving...When did he go back to the hospital?

    Aces wasn't saying he doesn't have it tough, he was saying he shouldn't be excluded from employment because of health problems because lots of people do their jobs with health problems.

    Interesting. I had heard he was one of two coaches that were not fired when claeys staff got let go. He was kept to help keep the team together during the coaching search and transition.
    I don't care how the vote ended up. They still suck and always will.
