Klieman seems comfortable here and it's a great place to raise a family. I'm sure he will eventually move on but I'm sure it will have to be the right fit and not some bad job at a low level g5.
I don’t know his family situation, but I would be surprised if he leaves before his kids are out of school. After that, he’d be a damn fool to not cash in.

He's getting paid pretty good here and has support
$312K plus he will get bonuses again, so yes I know it's not P5 but look at Montana, Hauck is coming back to FCS for $185K

Kent State isn't an attractive job for somebody like Klieman, he isn't going to get paid much more and there is a relatively low likelihood of success. If you are going to jump up into a tough situation, you better at least be getting paid to do it.
An SEC team isn't going to hire an FCS coach, very few FCS coaches get P5 jobs. The few that do usually have some previous high level experience.
NDSU to the FBS always. In all ways.
We all probably deserve a cut of that sweet bonus money for all the armchair coaching we’ve done.

We all live in stories... It seems to me that a definition of any living vibrant society is that you constantly question those stories... The argument itself is freedom. It's not that you come to a conclusion about it. Through that argument you change your mind sometimes... That's how societies grow. When you can't retell for yourself the stories of your life then you live in a prison... Somebody else controls the story. - S. Rushdie
