    Default 2017 Quarters vs Wofford

Wofford has focused on developing a huge interior DL since they played NDSU last time. For example, I'm pretty sure they talked about Mikel Horton during the San Diego radio broadcast. 6-1, 310 NT who they are just getting back from injury or something (he was out a month and had one tackle yesterday.)

Of course, everybody knows they run the option... but at least they don't have Breitenstein - their current FB is their leader rusher though (Andre Stoddard 5-10 230) - can't imagine he's easy to tackle.

Heagle have any eligibility left? :-)
I don't care how the vote ended up. They still suck and always will.

Their nose tackle has or had mono. Doubt he will be at full speed.

Wofford mixes I'm a lot of different formations it seems like, so the Bison may need to use multiple personnel packages on defense.

Maybe he'll come to practice as a pro bono coach.

Pretty sure he will be around offering advice/assistance (I thought I heard on the bison illustrated podcast, that he has in the past).

Or Grant Olson - 29 tackles v Wofford last time.

Wofford's options is a little different than Georgia Southern's option. Crush them in the middle, force them outside, and then hit for losses or fumbles - much easier in theory than in practice.

Of course, I think it's moot if the offense can score 27 points.

Wofford will be a very good test for this Bison team. They have a pretty good option QB who can actually throw the ball with good efficiency. The defense will have to be position sound and ready for those 10-12 pass plays where they will take some shots. Wofford's defensive front 7 is very good but their weakness is the secondary. There should be some plays to be had for Stick and the WR's down field, need to make the most of them. This will be a tight game and a play or 2 may decide it. Can't have turnovers and need to play sound for 4 quarters.

So, 2 of the 4 left on our side of the bracket are triple option teams....Wofford and Kennesaw State.
