I wouldn't go that far...he has shown success. Brewster didn't do anything...

Im not getting the hate on Fleck here. He has a big challenge ahead of him, but he can bring excitement to their program and is probably the best possible coach they could've hired.

Bubba wouldn't have taken the Goofer job. He's waiting for Saban to retire to make his jump to FBS.

I love how all these decommits are hot garbage and they can't wait to get the WMU recruits.

Fleck is a rah rah guy, that stuff wears off fast when you aren't winning.

His personality just rubs me the wrong way. And it sounds like he's been an ass. An ass doesn't seem like a great hire for a school with cultural problems.

Knowing the Gophers I think I have a pretty good idea of how this will play out. But who knows, maybe he'll surprise me. Too early to be too hard on him.

He didn't win a bunch until year 4 at WMU. Apparently it doesn't wear off that fast.

I would assume Fleck will be able to "flip" some of our and other teams recruits to come to gopherhole to play football. But do you not think our staff will try to "flip" some other teams recruits if we loose anybody to UofM? The kids and their families are under a lot of pressure and only time will tell if they made the right choice by staying where they said they were going or happier by switching. Best of luck to all NDSU recruits and those that stay will be Champions.
