Just made hotel reservations for next year next to the stadium at the Comfort Suites. They said they want us back BADLY. They had 30 rooms that were left open. That is unbelievable.

5,000 fewer seats this year.

? IDK, but maybe some of the Bison fans didn't cancel their rooms at the Comfort Suites until later, & ppl booked elsewhere? I have no idea, but usually this place is booked.

I was on a "list" and the Comfort Suites called me back today, reserved 3 rooms. Good rate and cheaper than this year. The lady said "tell your boys not to lose, we need you Bison back. We had 30 empty rooms"

She called us also. last year they waited a few months before releasing the rooms. This year they arent playing that game.

With more hotel choices this past year within a reasonable driving radius, I suspect that hotel rates will continue to moderate in the area. I'm curious what rate they are asking for next January at this location adjoining the stadium, and how much cheaper is it than this past year? Thanks!

Thanks, 56Bison73! That is very competitive rates considering the location of the hotel and the quality of the hotel! We stayed there a couple years ago for about $220 per night and really enjoyed it...waking up in the morning to look out to the tailgate lots filling up was a blast!

I booked rooms at the Hilton near the Dr Pepper Park for 149.00 per night. We go to the Legacy so this is the ideal spot for us.

Same prices for me. The rate I had this year was $199 thurs and $219 fri/sat.
